Step 1: Update the OS/firmware

The first step in troubleshooting is to ensure that your Red Pitaya OS/firmware is up to date. Updating the OS/firmware can resolve many issues and improve the overall performance of your Red Pitaya device.

Updating or reinstalling the OS can solve a wide range of issues, including:
